Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts for painting through cleaning, sanding, stripping, masking, and surface preparation.
• Apply primers, paints, and specialty coatings using spray equipment and other approved methods.
• Follow technical specifications, work instructions, and engineering drawings.
• Mix paints and coating materials according to manufacturer requirements.
• Inspect finished surfaces to ensure quality and appearance.
• Perform touch-ups and rework as needed.
• Maintain paint equipment, spray booths, and work areas.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
