Job summary

Responsibilities include setting up processing equipment, applying coatings, maintaining data records, and collaborating with teammates to meet production goals and maintain compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be willing and able to work any shift.
  • Overtime is an essential function of this role and employees may be required to work in excess of 8 hours per day or over 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Move and obtain parts, materials, and tools as directed by management.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, planning documents, sketches, engineering orders, electronic work instructions, charts, and graphs to determine methods and sequences of operations.
  • Set up and operate chern-mill processing equipment to remove specified amounts of metal from sheet metal parts and assemblies, extrusions and forgings.
  • Set up and operate, adjust, and regulate ovens and furnaces and quenching tanks to heat treat metal parts made from aluminum, titanium, stainless steel and other metals.
  • Set up and operate processing equipment to anodize and electro plate or clean metal parts and assemblies.
  • Set up and operate paint spraying equipment to apply primer and finish coats.
