About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Aircraft Painter to join our team in Tulsa. In this role, you’ll be responsible for prepping, coating, and finishing aircraft parts using a variety of tools and processes — including robotic spray systems, chemical treatments, and heat processing. Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering documents, and work instructions.
- Prepare parts, mix and apply paints or coatings via spray, dip, brush, or robotic systems.
- Perform chemical processing (etching, anodizing, electroplating) and heat treatment operations.
- Operate ovens, furnaces, and chem‑mill equipment with accuracy and safety.
- Conduct touch‑ups and rework based on inspection/test results.
- Maintain and record data using digital or manual methods.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a clean, hazard‑free work area.
- Assist and train team members when needed.
What You Bring
- Experience in aircraft painting.
- Ability to work with technical drawings and measurement tools.
- Hands‑on experience with spray equipment and robotic paint systems preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Willingness to work in a physically active and team‑driven environment.
High school diploma or GED required; technical training is a plus.
