Job summary

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Aircraft Painter to join our team in Tulsa. In this role, you’ll be responsible for prepping, coating, and finishing aircraft parts using a variety of tools and processes — including robotic spray systems, chemical treatments, and heat processing. If you're passionate about precision work and aircraft manufacturing, this is your opportunity to join a fast‑paced and safety‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering documents, and work instructions.
  • Prepare parts, mix and apply paints or coatings via spray, dip, brush, or robotic systems.
  • Perform chemical processing (etching, anodizing, electroplating) and heat treatment operations.
  • Operate ovens, furnaces, and chem‑mill equipment with accuracy and safety.
  • Conduct touch‑ups and rework based on inspection/test results.
  • Maintain and record data using digital or manual methods.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a clean, hazard‑free work area.
  • Assist and train team members when needed.
What You Bring
  • Experience in aircraft painting.
  • Ability to work with technical drawings and measurement tools.
  • Hands‑on experience with spray equipment and robotic paint systems preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
