Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional painting and refinishing experience in aerospace or related high-quality finishing.
• Experience with single-stage, base coat/clear coat, and tri-coat systems.
• Ability to identify finish defects and apply corrective actions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional painting and refinishing on completed aircraft and components.
• Apply base coats, clears, tri-coats, and other approved paint systems.
• Carry out complex bodywork, masking, prep, and paint repairs on finished aircraft.
• Execute color sanding, buffing, and blending for seamless finishes.
• Inspect color, gloss, texture, and finish quality; document work as required.
