Job summary

On-site role with hands-on training through computer-based and practical sessions, focusing on safety, quality, and documentation, supporting CRT's aerospace MRO excellence.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience in a manufacturing environment, with some paint application exposure.
• Experience reading shop drawings and documenting work performed.
• Previous experience operating overhead cranes.

Responsibilities

• Follow established safety protocols and guidelines.
• Clean surfaces to be painted using solvents to ensure adhesion.
• Set up fixtures for holding parts during painting.
• Mix paint as required and load spray equipment.
• Perform spray test applications for proper mixture and operation.
• Apply paint to non-masked areas with spray gun per guidelines.
• Inspect component using white light inspection criteria.
• Record information accurately on documentation.
