Job summary

Eaton Westminster, MD, is seeking an Assembler I / Paint Booth Operator to join our aerospace manufacturing team. The role supports production of pressure vessels, with responsibilities including painting, coating, and finishing components in a clean room-like environment.

Responsibilities include preparing liners, aerosol painting, sanding cured parts, UV coating, and ensuring safety, quality, and traceability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or 1 year of military experience.
• U.S. person per ITAR; no relocation offered; within 50 miles of Westminster, MD.
• HS diploma or higher with mechanical/electrical tech focus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pressure vessel liners via cleaning and taping.
• Aerosol paint pressure vessels and perform sanding of cured parts.
• Apply UV coating and prepare vessels for testing.
• Support 5S, safety, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain traceability of components and use appropriate PPE.
