Job summary

Eaton’s Westminster, MD facility is seeking a Composite Assembler I for the 2nd shift to support manufacturing of aerospace composite components. You will work in a high‑performance environment ensuring quality and process adherence while contributing to safe and efficient production.

Required: HS diploma or GED and at least 1 year manufacturing or military experience; ITAR compliance; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Min 1 year manufacturing experience or 1 year of military experience.
• ITAR: US person required; no immigration sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing and production of high-precision aerospace composite components.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and established processes.
• Operate cleanroom processing and assembly equipment following SOPs.
