The role collaborates with Engineering, management, lean, tooling and operations teams to drive efficiency and quality across manufacturing processes. The position emphasizes continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong understanding of composites and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, continuous improvement, and manufacturing support.
• High level understanding of composites and manufacturing.
• Experience with Continuous improvement processes.
• Strong listening skills and a willingness to learn.
• High level understanding of composite fabrication and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to the build plan including methods, sequence of steps, tool plans, layouts, etc.
• Maintain industry best practices and implement them within operations.
• Develop labor hour estimates, tooling and build concepts for new bid proposals.
• Offer expertise in production engineering disciplines.
• Coordinate with Engineering, management, lean, tooling and operations.
