Qualifications

• Advanced degree and 3+ years of experience in Operations, Engineering, Military, Business Management, Manufacturing, Aerospace or Aftermarket industry; OR Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant industry experience; OR Associate’s degree and 7+ years of relevant industry experience; OR High School diploma or Military / Technical Training and 9+ years of relevant industry experience

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly mechanics, inspectors and FAA-sensitive personnel through modules assembly, engine assembly, and in-process inspection
• Develop and drive operational strategies, optimize resources, and improve safety and quality performance
• Communicate cross-functionally to ensure smooth workflow, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure adherence to CORE operating system, safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives
