Job summary

RTX, based in the United States, is seeking a leader to drive CORE and continuous improvement at the Turbine Module Center in East Hartford. You will lead actions that improve manufacturing processes and KPI performance, while guiding digital tech deployments and cross‑functional execution for military and commercial programs.

The role emphasizes project management, data analysis and lean six sigma capabilities, with opportunities to influence global operations and a focus on robust leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience or an Advanced Degree with 5 years of experience.
• U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead CORE & Overall Continuous Improvement activities at the Turbine Module Center that drive tangible action and metric improvements across all manufacturing processes.
• Collect, standardize, report, and automate KPI metrics and use data to identify improvement plans.
• Manage and aid in deploying digital technology resources to improve metrics with CORE activities.
• Assess, establish and execute improvement plans for CT metrics, CORE maturity level, SPS, OpX/WAVE, Industry 4.0, and RTX initiatives.
• Plan and lead CORE events, CORE Council Meetings & CORE Leadership Weeks, drive follow-up actions and report to leadership.
• Oversee CORE proficiency growth of HSMC‑S employees with Black Belt & Red‑X Specialists for skill development.
• Minimal travel may be required.
