Job summary

Blue Origin LLC seeks a senior program management leader to mentor the Operations organization and drive high-impact, strategic initiatives in a fast-paced aerospace environment. You will influence executives, coordinate cross‑functional streams, and ensure timely execution of critical programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preference toward Engineering Disciplines.
• 10 years of relevant program management/operational experience.
• Program Management Professional (PMP) certification and EVMS experience.
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, data.
• Ability to balance technical, business, and organizational influences.
• Demonstrated history of independent work, foreseeing problems, delivering on commitments, and accountability.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship using knowledge of strategy, business insights, and organizational structure.
• Aid the Operations team in facilitating effective decision‑making on complex scenarios.
• Lead the implementation of pivotal initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
• Participate in meetings with the Operations VP/SVP and leadership to address barriers to success.
• Collaborate to align strategy with overall organizational goals and communicate effectively across teams.
• Represent and provide operational support to the Operations VP and strategic portfolio of projects.
• Develop policies and procedures with significant organizational impact.
• Coordinate internal communications and drive change management activities.
