Job summary

Marion Tool & Die, Inc. dba Marion Manufacturing seeks a Program Manager to lead multiple aerospace and commercial NPI programs from award through first article approval and ramp-up. You will coordinate engineering, quality, production, supply chain, sales and finance to meet program targets and on-time delivery.

You will build launch plans, manage budgets, and handle risks while guiding cross-functional teams. A background in CNC, GD&T, ERP/MRP, and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of manufacturing program management experience.
• Experience in aerospace precision manufacturing with traceability requirements.
• Ability to interpret drawings and GD&T, manage schedules and costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple aerospace and commercial NPI programs from award to transfer.
• Coordinate engineering, quality, production, supply chain, sales and finance.
• Develop launch plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Track milestones, capacity, tooling, and supplier performance.
• Prepare AS9102/PPAP deliverables and customer communications.
• Drive issue resolution and handoff to operations with clear ownership.
