Job summary

Razr Corp in Indiana seeks a Program Manager to lead multiple aerospace and CNC precision NPI programs, owning scope, schedules, budgets and risk from award through first article to production ramp. You will coordinate engineering, quality, production, supply chain, and finance to deliver conforming parts on time while protecting margins and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, direct customer communication, and the ability to drive readiness

Qualifications

• Five or more years of manufacturing program management or NPI experience.
• Experience in aerospace precision manufacturing with tight quality/traceability requirements.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Lead concurrent launch programs across customers and parts.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews and document commitments.
• Develop launch plans for materials, tooling, processes and inspection.
• Track long-lead materials and supplier commitments; manage risks.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts and recovery of tooling/engineering charges.
• Control scope changes and secure customer approvals before implementation.
• Handoff to operations with approved processes and clear ownership.
