Job summary

RTX is seeking an NDT Technician at our Georgia site to support non-destructive testing across multiple methods, including ultrasonic and eddy current. The role requires adherence to strict quality procedures and hands-on use of NDT equipment in an aerospace manufacturing environment.

Onsite shift is 1st shift, with duties ranging from equipment setup and calibration to documentation on product travelers and routine inspections. FAA-regulated facility considerations apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• NDT experience and/or Level 1 certification preferred, in Ultrasonic or Eddy Current.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing and adherence to quality procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Aid in non-destructive testing using Liquid Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Ultrasonic, or Eddy Current.
• Assist with equipment setup, loading, calibration, and operation for NDT.
• Document work and results on product travelers.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform daily equipment walk-arounds.
• Complete classroom theory, on-the-job training, and certifications as required.
