Job summary

R.E. Darling Co., Inc. seeks a Quality Assurance, Level I NDE Technician to perform RT and UT inspections on aerospace hardware in Tucson, AZ. The role reports to QA Supervisor and supports inspection techniques development.

Required are a high school diploma and Level I NDE certification; three years aerospace NDE preferred. The position is on-site with standard shift patterns and overtime opportunities based on company needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Level I NDE certification with NAS 410/RT or UT experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in aerospace NDE, especially composites, rubber, bonded structures.

Responsibilities

• Perform RT and/or UT NDE inspections on aerospace hardware.
• Monitor material and supplies; maintain calibration of inspection equipment.
• Support development of inspection techniques and contribute to QADocumentation.
• Interface with production to ensure complete and accurate NDE inspections.
