Qualifications

• NC programming of inspection devices in aerospace manufacturing.
• 2+ years of NC programming or quality control experience in aerospace manufacturing.
• Ability to program multiple inspection tools including CMMs and portable devices.
• Experience with inspection machine tools and NC programming software.

Responsibilities

• Provides knowledge of NC machining and programming inspection tools.
• Analyzes NC programs for validation and compliance with customer/regulatory specs.
• Analyzes blueprints, engineering models, and electronic controls to support NC programming.
• Works with NC programmers to optimize programs as required.
• Programs CMMs and portable inspection devices and verifies programs.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to influence design concepts.
• Coordinates change incorporation and optimizes processes and producibility issues.
• Demonstrates configuration control of hardware within the manufacturing build plan.
