Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced MRB Operations Lead for a leading aerospace manufacturer in Charleston, SC. The role focuses on MRB operations, non-conformance disposition, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, quality, and production teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong aerospace background, proven leadership in manufacturing operations, and the ability to navigate fast-paced environments while driving continuous improvement in MRB workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or production support.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing and MRB workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day MRB workflow execution and backlog prioritization.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, quality and production resources.
• Drive throughput and reduce cycle time during backlog periods.
• Resolve blockers with Production, Quality and Engineering leadership.
• Ensure smooth handoffs between support and authority engineers.
• Track MRB performance metrics and identify constraints.
• Support staffing, shift coverage and capacity planning.
