Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Shell Production Operator to support the production of ceramic investment casting molds. You will dewax, burn out, prep molds, and operate furnaces to ensure quality and safety. This 1st shift role runs Tuesday–Saturday, 6:00am–2:00pm, in a high-temperature manufacturing environment.

You will load/unload molds, assist with autoclave cycles, record weights, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Basic math and ability to record production data.

Responsibilities

• Remove molds from drying areas and prepare for dewaxing.
• Use hand-held pneumatic tools to remove mold bleeders.
• Load and unload molds from steam autoclaves and furnaces.
• Operate autoclave and furnace cycles per instructions.
• Record mold weights and maintain accurate production documentation.
• Ensure PPE is worn and area is clean and safe.
