Job summary

Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC is seeking a Shell Maintenance Technician to support high-quality investment mold production. You will operate shell systems, load/unload molds, and help maintain safety and 5S standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires reading engineering procedures, performing troubleshooting, and collaborating with teams to reduce scrap and improve efficiency. ITAR compliance and US work eligibility apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Foundry related experience or college degree is a plus.
• Ability to read, analyze and understand engineering procedures and customer specifications.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors/ managers.

Responsibilities

• Operate shell system and maintain investment molds per customer specifications to ensure quality and timely production.
• Read and follow engineering procedures to ensure compliance with approved processes.
• Participate in cost-reduction initiatives and 5S/ergonomics improvements.
• Perform shell operator duties: mold loading/unloading, pot & barrel sander filling, 6S in all areas.
• Operate shell manufacturing equipment and complete manufacturing documentation.
