Responsibilities

• Verifies stock to work order requirements.
• Sets up saw and prepares parts for processing.
• Cuts and verifies parts are within tolerances.
• Marks parts with customer/grn identification.
• Labels remnants per AMI policy.
• Stamps work orders with inspection stamp.
• Performs daily and weekly equipment maintenance checks.
• Maintains clean work area and follows safety rules.
• Coordinates scrap metal pickup as needed.
• Operates forklift/overhead crane as required.
• Performs in-process and final inspections.
• May assist with receiving and packing in smaller facilities.
