Job summary

SeAH Superalloy Technologies in Temple, TX seeks a Production Technician to operate highly automated equipment from VIM furnaces to finishing cells, following SOPs and aerospace quality standards. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork to meet daily production targets and on-time delivery commitments to customers.

You will monitor processes, collect samples, assist with setup and shutdown, and document production records while maintaining clean and organized work areas.

Qualifications

• Safety-focused mindset and ability to work in PPE.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read/interpret SOPs, recipes, and production reports.
• Basic computer skills for MES/ERP entries; comfortable with barcode scanners and electronic logs.
• Strong attention to detail and PPE experience.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules, wear PPE, maintain a clean work area.
• Operate equipment per SOPs and instructions.
• Work in a team and communicate during shift handoffs.
• Monitor process indicators and escalate abnormalities.
• Collect samples and perform housekeeping and setup tasks.
• Support melting operations with raw materials preparation and setup.
