Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Junior or Senior undergraduate standing preferred.
• Proficiency with CAD and 3D modeling software; SolidWorks experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and development of mechanical components, assemblies, and systems.
• Develop 3D models, mechanical designs, and packaging concepts using CAD tools.
• Support structural, thermal, and fluid analysis to optimize performance.
• Assist with thermal system and precision rotating machinery development.
• Conduct research and help formulate engineering solutions to challenges.
• Support prototype fabrication, assembly, and testing of components and systems.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, analysis reports, and test documentation.
• Collaborate with lead engineers and project managers to meet schedules and objectives.
