The successful candidate will take designs from concept through detailed design, manufacturing, assembly and integration, working on-site with an alternating schedule and potential remote weeks for 8–10 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of mechanical or structural design experience, preferably in aerospace.
• Proficiency with Siemens NX CAD and composite part design.

Responsibilities

• Design aerospace mechanical and structural components and assemblies based on requirements.
• Develop composite and metallic structures with attention to performance, weight, manufacturability and cost.
• Prepare manufacturing drawings to ASME Y14.5 standards and GD&T.
