Responsibilities

• Operate grinding equipment and tools.
• Maintain proper care of manufacturing equipment.
• Follow all prescribed safety policies and testing.
• Use a microscope for many tasks throughout the day.
• Be responsible for quality product standards with no defects.
• Meet customer deadlines and expectations.
• Comply with applicable elements of quality systems.
• Participate in cost reduction plans and continuous improvement activities.
• Participate in audits.
• Acquire applicable skill/knowledge/certifications as required.
• Route reworked assemblies for testing and clean completed assemblies.
