Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Mechanical Assembler in Camarillo, CA to assemble aerospace components per blueprints and specifications. You will perform electrical component assembly, conduct in-process inspections, and set up equipment for sub-assemblies.

The role operates 6:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday through Saturday with overtime as needed. It is a temp-to-hire position with pay at $22/hour, and a $25/hour option for electro-mechanical soldering assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Create assemblies per blueprint and specifications daily.
• Perform in process inspections.
• Electrical components assembly.
• Request material from stockroom as necessary.
• Learn assembly-related functions for new products as required.
• Understand/perform all production processes without help.
• Assist in training of new personnel.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Promote team work and constructive work behaviors.
