Qualifications

• Five+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical assembly experience required.
• Experience using hand tools in a production environment.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs+ and work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly of products and sub-assemblies.
• Work with cable systems, integrated circuits, machined components, and wiring assemblies.
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly operations.
• Read and follow written work instructions, SOPs, and assembly documentation.
• Perform product inspections to ensure quality and functionality.
• Complete assembly tasks according to production requirements and routing times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support continuous improvement and production goals.
