Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a supply chain role, preferably within metallic/non-metallic raw materials, aerospace or manufacturing.
• Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written at any leadership level.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Project Management experience and skills highly valued.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and process orientation.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships and influence to achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize a supply chain for obtaining goods and services for the company.
• Interface with internal and external customers and suppliers to ensure quality parts are delivered to the right place at the right time.
• Act as an authorized agent with responsibility for supplier-related activities and contract commitments.
• Develop RFQs/Proposals, analyze responses, negotiate and award contracts, manage post-award activities.
• Interface with customers and suppliers and manage inventory levels, purchase orders and supplier performance.
• Monitor demand and material assets to optimize total supply chain planning and reduce variability.
