Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an ISC Materials Management Lead (Finance) to ensure uninterrupted flow of materials for a high-priority aerospace program. You will coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing, engineering, and program management to drive material availability and on-time delivery.

In this role, you will manage demand, monitor supplier performance, create and track purchase orders, and develop material strategies that align with production schedules and customer commitments. U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain or related functions.
• Experience working with suppliers and managing material availability in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience analyzing demand, inventory, and supply requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to contractual and program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage material planning and execution to support production and delivery requirements.
• Partner with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of components and materials.
• Create, manage, and track purchase orders while supporting inventory and demand planning processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address material shortages and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Analyze demand signals, forecast requirements, and develop action plans to support business objectives.
• Monitor supplier performance and lead recovery efforts to resolve delivery, quality, or capacity constraints.
• Maintain material availability and provide timely status updates to customers.
• Drive issue resolution through effective communication, escalation management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate multiple priorities, milestones, and deliverables using project management principles.
• Identify process improvements to enhance material flow and inventory performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
