Job summary

Honeywell seeks a Senior Materials Management Manager to oversee and optimize the materials management process and team, ensuring efficient supply chain operations and timely delivery for production schedules. You will lead with a strategic approach to sourcing, procurement, and inventory management, reporting to the Senior Director, Materials Management in the Americas.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in a related field is required or strongly preferred.
• APICS/ASCM certifications (CPIM/CSCP) are highly desirable.
• Significant experience leading multi-site materials management operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement materials management strategies aligned with goals and operations.
• Lead the SIOP process to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Establish long-term supply chain and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement projects focusing on inventory reduction and working capital.
• Identify and mitigate material supply risks that may impact operations.
