Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a Material Management Analyst II to proactively mitigate part shortages by partnering with Procurement, leveraging demand forecasting and material visibility tools, and guiding cross-functional teams. This role ensures MPS stability, on-time delivery, and customer commitments through early LOS risk identification and mitigation strategies.

You will work as a primary link between supply, demand, and execution, escalating material risks, and driving

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
Extensive experience in planning, material management, or supply chain analytics.
Strong understanding of forecasting, MPS, and material flow.
Experience working directly with Procurement and suppliers.

Responsibilities

Mitigate part shortages by leveraging demand forecasting and material visibility tools.
Maintain LOS risk identification and escalate issues for recovery actions.
Own escalation and closure of escalated parts and action items.
Communicate material risks and recovery plans to Production Schedulers and cross-functional teams.
Analyze shortage reports and ensure alignment of WIP to production needs.
Collaborate with Engineering and Quality to rework or repair pacing materials.
