GE Aerospace seeks a CFO for GE Aerospace Materials (USM) to lead the financial performance of the business, owning the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. You will partner with the GM and leadership to shape strategy, evaluate opportunities, and drive profitable growth in a complex aerospace market.

You will apply commercial finance expertise to inform decisions, lead capex analyses, and advance cash flow and working capital improvements while building a high-performing finance team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Extensive finance/accounting experience with leadership scope.
• Proven track record leading financial performance for a business or segment.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence strategic decisions.
• Experience with financial modeling, business case development, and investment analysis.
• Understanding of capital allocation principles and financial decision-making.
• Ability to translate market dynamics into actionable business insight.
