Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Chief Financial Officer for the GE Aerospace Materials (GEAM) business, focused on USM financial performance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Significant experience in finance and accounting, including roles of increasing leadership scope and business partnership responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience leading financial performance for a business, product line, or operating segment.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence strategic decisions in a dynamic, market-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full financial performance of the GE Aerospace Materials business, including ownership of the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Partner with the GEAM General Manager and leadership team to shape strategy, support execution, and deliver strong business outcomes.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across aerospace materials and USM market.
• Apply commercial finance expertise to inform strategic and operational decisions with customer models (airlines, MROs, lessors, brokers).
• Lead capital allocation decisions with financial discipline aligned to priorities.
• Build and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team with inclusive culture.
