The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in a relevant field and 5–10 years of aerospace experience, with strong skills in mentoring, communication, and CAD tools like SolidWorks.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Biology, or Chemistry.
• 5–10 years of aerospace design and manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading projects from proposal through production.
• Ability to mentor team members and collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize energetic materials for CAD/PAD.
• Lead material qualification testing and support process development for manufacturing of energetic components.
• Perform mechanical and thermal analysis and failure analysis on materials and components.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations throughout the lifecycle.
