Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 9+ years in chemistry or materials process engineering; combined academic and industry experience.
• Graduate degree plus 7+ years of related experience; in lieu of degree, 13+ years of experience.
• Experience leading engineers and coordinating cross-functional projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of materials process engineers and supervise staff in manufacturing processes.
• Develop and modify processes for materials applications in aerospace/defense.
• Oversee specifications, PMPP, corrosion and contamination plans, and data analysis.
• Present briefings to senior leadership and influence policy changes.
