Job summary

Responsibilities

• Represent Engineering on the Material Review Board (MRB) in aerospace production or preproduction.
• Act decisively with effective communication and innovative problem solving in MRB environments.
• Dispositon non-conformances on aircraft components under rapid production schedules.
• Apply knowledge of design and manufacture of machined, sheet metal parts, weldments, composites and assemblies.
• Use systems-thinking to improve producibility of hardware and resolve production problems.
• Investigate root causes and recommend design/discrepancy resolutions.
• Manage projects and lead or participate in cross-functional teams to achieve initiatives.
