Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing methods, sequence of operations and installation methodologies.
• Troubleshoot tooling, production, and aircraft systems to improve quality and efficiency.
• Assist in training and developing tooling and process methods.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Control to implement solutions.
• Organize and administer the Employee Skills Development Program.
