The role develops a marketing plan, manages social channels, maintains branding standards for media, and supports outreach and recruitment activities across regional organizations.

The position involves coordinating marketing content, engaging with prime contractors, and aligning communications with stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• Experience marketing to small and medium-sized companies.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and clients.
• Experience using Canva or similar tools to create digital content.

Responsabilidades

• Support company recruitment and outreach activities.
• Market the FORGE Aerospace and Defense program to El Paso and regional businesses.
• Develop social media content and deploy a posting schedule.
• Develop branded templates for presentation, video backgrounds, and documents.
• Coordinate Demo Day planning and materials with stakeholders.
