Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, business administration, or related discipline (equivalent leadership experience considered).
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Significant aerospace/defense manufacturing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the Sylmar manufacturing operation.
• Maintain responsibility for production, quality, cost, delivery, safety, and workforce performance.
• Lead day-to-day operations with clear priorities and performance standards.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to support growth, profitability, and customer commitments.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor performance using KPIs and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
