Job summary

Anduril Industries in Pickaway County, Ohio, is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer for the Fury aircraft. You will own the testing lifecycle on the production line, designing and executing ATPs to verify flight-readiness, safety, and sensor performance before final assembly.

You will lead on‑the‑floor technicians, troubleshoot avionics and electrical failures, and drive continuous improvement to scale throughput, collaborating with Flight Test, Quality, and Design Engineering to feed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Computer, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in production test with aircraft/UAV/aerospace systems on a live line.
• Experience writing/executing hardware-in-loop (HIL) tests and ATPs.
• Familiar with CAN bus, Ethernet, RS-232/485 and common avionics interfaces.
• Proficient with PLM and MES to manage test configurations and docs.
• Strong technical writing translating requirements into technician instructions.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Author and maintain ATPs and test plans to verify safety-of-flight systems.
• Hands-on testing of system-level checks including power-on, avionics, and sensors.
• Diagnose electrical/mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.
• Train and enable flight-line technicians on test procedures and GSE usage.
• Analyze data to shorten test times while preserving quality and safety.
• Collaborate with Flight Test, Quality, and Design Engineering to feed data back.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure precision.
