Honeywell Aerospace in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Technician to join our on-site Weekend Nights shift (Fri-Sun, 5 PM-5:30 AM). You will assemble, test, and troubleshoot advanced aerospace components, working with engineering and quality teams to ensure high standards of safety and reliability.

The role requires aerospace manufacturing experience, ability to read technical drawings, and proactive involvement in process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in aerospace manufacturing or a related high-precision environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly techniques and quality control standards in aerospace.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in industrial manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced assembly and testing of aerospace components following procedures and blueprints.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with standards.
