Reporting to the Senior Production Supervisor, you will read drawings, follow procedures, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams. This on-site role includes a comprehensive benefits package and weekend-night shift responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace manufacturing or related high-precision environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and assembly instructions.
• Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and resolving technical issues.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in industrial settings.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced assembly and testing of aerospace components following procedures and blueprints.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and meet production schedules.
