Job summary

ST Engineering MRAS in Baltimore, MD is hiring for an hourly manufacturing role. You will work under supervision with drawings and written specs to meet production, quality, and safety targets, supporting team leaders and performing hands-on tasks in a lab setting.

The ideal candidate has 0–1 year in manufacturing or a lab, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license for equipment operation. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is valued.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in manufacturing or lab environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate lifting and transport equipment.

Responsibilities

• Works with minimum supervision using drawings, process instructions, test plans or other written specifications to perform job duties.
• Under direction of Team Leaders, responsible for meeting production, technical, schedule, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
• Support the Team Leaders in meeting business and department objectives.
• Must be able to operate equipment within the assigned lab functions and perform hands on work. Training will be provided as needed.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, and use of office productivity tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
