Aerotek in Everett, WA is seeking an Aerospace Manufacturing Technician to perform conformal coating, masking, painting, and assembly tasks. You will read detailed instructions and blueprints, use hand tools and coating equipment, and ensure quality while working in a fast-paced environment.
The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and initiative as you adapt to changing priorities. This is a contract-to-hire, onsite position with a 2nd shift schedule and competitive hourly pay.
The Manufacturing Technician performs aerospace manufacturing and assembly tasks, including conformal coating, masking, painting, mechanical and electrical assembly, and hand soldering. You follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and quality standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and fast-paced work environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

This role is based in an assembly environment with regular exposure to typical manufacturing conditions, including noise, dust, fumes, and other airborne particles. You may experience skin and inhalation contact with various sealants, paints, adhesives, liquid nitrogen, MEK, and other chemicals used during assembly or cleaning of parts. Industry-standard safety equipment is provided, and specific areas are clearly marked where PPE is required. Comprehensive safety training is provided in accordance with applicable laws, industry standards, and company policies. The position follows a 2nd shift schedule: Monday through Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., and every other Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
