Job summary

The Boeing Company in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Manufacturing Technology Analyst (Associate or Experienced) to join our LEOS team. You will support manufacturing operations, develop work instructions, and help implement new production processes for next-generation laser and electro-optical systems.

You will collaborate with program management, quality, engineering, and suppliers, while leveraging AS9100 quality standards and existing BOM/PDM tools to drive continuous improvement and on-time

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Supply Chain and Manufacturing
• 1+ years in Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain
• Level 2: 1+ years of related work experience or equivalent education/experience
• Experience with Manufacturing, Engineering, or Aerospace domain
• Experience with AS9100 or similar QMS

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain work instructions, process specs, travelers, and special processes under supervision
• Follow manufacturing procedures ensuring safety and environmental compliance
• Use specialty software to update and distribute shop work instructions
• Support manufacturing and procurement to meet aerospace quality standards
• Assist in implementing design changes for new product development
• Review engineering drawings and provide feedback to engineers
• Maintain bills of materials (BOM) for product designs
• Participate in program, design, material, engineering, and safety reviews
• Collect and organize manufacturing and quality data for continuous improvement
• Assist in compiling build books and tracking first-time build actions
• Support facility layout, lines, tooling, and test equipment optimization
• Collaborate with Program Management, Quality, Engineering, and Suppliers
