AVTECH Global, Aviation Technology Associates, LLC, seeks an Aircraft Manufacturing System Specialist I for a 12-month contract in Dallas, TX. The role emphasizes ERP/MES/OPM systems and strong requirement definition.

You will lead upgrades, train users, document processes, and serve as SME for interfaced software in aerospace. A bachelor's in manufacturing engineering/technology or quality management is required, with extensive manufacturing experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering/tech, quality mgmt or related.
• 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or quality, or 8 years with a master's.
• 5 years of Solumina or similar ERP/MES/OPM experience.
• Project management experience required.
• Experience in manufacturing technical support.
• SME in ERP, MES/OPM and related interfaced software.
• Aerospace industry experience.
• Self-starter with team orientation.

Mansioni

• Define and validate system requirements and interface/integration requirements.
• Collaborate with technical resources on application concepts and designs.
• Author test plans and direct integration/acceptance testing.
• Act as SME for ERP, MES/OPM and related software.
• Assist users, provide ad hoc education, and report technical issues.
• Create user manuals for manufacturing software and interfaces.
• Develop training curriculum and conduct user training.
• Present processes and analysis findings in formal formats.
• Recommend best practices for manufacturing and quality systems.
• Prioritize workload and provide estimates and dates.
• Lead software upgrades, enhancements and new functionality.
• Enforce software security guidelines.
• Lead data management and governance within ERP/MES/OPM.
• Develop and validate business processes and procedures.
• Incorporate lean methods into processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of software applications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
