• Coordinate with General Contractor, local/state authorities, equipment suppliers and site management.
• Coordinate, participate, facilitate and take minutes at Project Steering Committee meetings.
• Prepare information and documentation for project implementation.
• Maintain effective ongoing communication with all involved parties.
• Monitor project progress continually.
• Conduct orderly evaluation of the project.
• Update General Manager and Steering Committee on progress.

The Role

• Plan, organize and direct all activities as required for the full implementation of project goals and objectives
• Ensure that project activities are consistent with the project objectives and that objectives can be met.
• Ensure the project meets targets, budgets, and timelines, with appropriate reporting and evaluation
• Develop, complete, and finalize all project deliverables according to the timeline with the assistance of the Site Management Team.
• Coordinate activities with General Contractor, local and state authorities, equipment suppliers and local site management team.
• Coordinate, participate, facilitate and take minutes at the Project Steering Committee meetings
• Ensure timely preparation of information and other written Documents/material as required for implementation of project activities
• Ensure and maintain effective and on-going communication with individuals and groups involved directly or indirectly in the project
• Continually monitor the progress of the project
• Conduct an orderly, systematic, and incremental evaluation of the project
• Update the General Manager, Site Management team and Project Steering Committee on a regular basis about the progress of the project
