Job summary

Enjet Aero seeks a Manufacturing & Process Engineer to define production methods and create blueprints/set up sheets for shop use.

You will verify process validity for aerospace quality, analyze data, and help management with cost and schedule insights. Strong CAD/CAM experience and ERP familiarity preferred; travel for training as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing/machining environment.
• Knowledge of cutting tools/techniques.
• Knowledge of 3-, 4-, 5-axis milling, turning, multi-function machines.
• Knowledge of aluminum, stainless, titanium, high nickel alloys.
• Experience with CAD/CAM such as Siemens NX, SolidWorks, CGTech Vericut.
• Experience with Epicor ERP is a plus.
• Windows 10 experience.
• Ability to navigate file structures in Windows Explorer.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to travel for training and multi-site support.

Responsibilities

• Determines methodology in which parts will be produced.
• Verifies process validity to meet aerospace quality requirements and efficiency standards.
• Analyze production processes, schedules, methods and data and provide management with reports.
• Ensure that the company’s manufacturing processes comply with customer requirements.
• Review and calculate labor, material and other production costs and assist management in decision making.
