Job summary

STS Technical Services is seeking an engineer/technician to participate in developing and implementing technical solutions for manufacturing processes. The role focuses on reducing costs, improving quality and efficiency, and supporting budget planning for new projects.

Responsibilities include generating documents and work orders, analyzing processes to map the value chain, and interfacing with Logistics, Production, Quality, Engineering, Sites, Clients and Suppliers to implement solutions.

Qualifications

• Organized and detail oriented.
• Read, write and conversational English required.
• Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, state and federal).
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate documents and work orders.
• Analyze processes and map value flow to identify improvements.
• Structure opportunities for validation.
• Interface with Logistics, Production, Quality, Engineering to implement solutions.
• Apply engineering methodologies and tooling to solve problems.
• Provide technical dispositioning and handle documentation.
