Job summary

Williams International seeks an Industrial & Manufacturing Operations Engineer for our Ogden, UT facility. You will optimize high-precision aerospace machining and oversee production processes across CNC lathe, EDM, and automated systems.

You will liaise between engineering, quality, and manufacturing, drive continuous improvement, and mentor technicians in GD&T, measurement systems, and quality compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the specified engineering field.
• Two years of aerospace or turbine engine CNC manufacturing experience.
• Experience with precision machining, process optimization, quality systems, and CNC production environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate improvements to turbine engine component fabrication processes and tooling utilization.
• Monitor compliance with On-line Quality Reporting (OQR), SPC, and FDC platforms.
• Develop and verify statistical process controls and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Investigate production delays, downtime, and quality deviations; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure operators follow production standards and use measurement equipment correctly.
• Organize workflows with supervisors to maximize equipment utilization and efficiency.
