The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, preferably within the aerospace sector, with proficiency in ERP software and advanced data analysis skills. This position is critical to supporting the success of mission-critical programs in defense and aerospace.

Qualifications

• Ability to apply factory simulation and process flow methodologies.
• Ability to interpret MRP outputs and adjust schedules.
• Strong preference for experience in aerospace or defense.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operations and workflows to maximize efficiency.
• Develop labor hour estimates for production scheduling.
• Design plant layouts and balance production lines.
• Collaborate with teams to improve production execution.
• Lead continuous improvement workshops to reduce costs.

Skills

Proficiency with ERP software (Epicor preferred)

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or defense

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

7+ years of industrial or manufacturing engineering experience

ERP/MRP (Epicor) systems

MS Office Suite
